an unusual and exciting, typically hazardous, often remarkable, experience or activity, involving unknown risk and most definitely reward.

Inherent to our humanity is a drive for adventure. But when we feel lost or closed off, both inward and outward exploration can be daunting—if not outright impossible.

My practice supports adults and adolescents who are stuck — stuck in depression, anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, or repeating unhelpful relationship patterns — to get on a path of adventure and discovery with renewed self-knowing, confidence, and energy.

I offer psychotherapy treatment for depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationships, based in the heart of Austin.
